3 rice cooker cups of uncooked rice
1 c. freshly grated carrots
2 c. chicken broth
1 tbs. tomato paste
1/2 small onion
1 tbs. olive or canola oil
1/2 tbs. parsley flakes
1/2 tbs. chicken bullion or seasoning salt

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté chopped onions in oil until limp. Wash the rice as usual. Add the carrots to the rice cooker with the washed rice, and other ingredients, and top up with water to the 3 cups mark. Cook the rice using normal settings. Can be prepared on the stove top also.
