1 lb. ground turkey
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. oats
1/2 c. spaghetti
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped red bell pepper
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. worcestershire or soy sauce
1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
12 oz. mozzarella or Swiss cheese
Black pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, stir together the bread crumbs, oats, chopped onions, turkey, bell pepper, eggs, 7 oz. cheese, worcestershire or soy sauce, salt, a few grinds of black pepper, and 3/4 of the spaghetti sauce. Mix until well combined. Place mixture in a loaf pan. Pour the rest of the spaghetti sauce over the meatloaf and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake for about 30-40 minutes. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
