1 lb. chopped broccoli (If frozen please let thaw)
1 lb. cheddar cheese/Mild (dice to small cubes)
1 Medium Onion (Dice)
2 boxes of Jiffy Corn Bread Mix
1 egg
1 can of cream corn (16 ounces)
½ stick of butter (melt)
½ tsp. of black pepper
½ c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Add one tablespoon of diced green pepper and one tablespoon of diced red pepper. Mix all ingredients. In a medium size pan melt ½ teaspoon of butter. Add mixture and bake at 350 degrees until it is golden brown. Meat (bacon, ham) can be added if desired.
