4 cups milk
3 cups sugar
3 heaping tablespoons flour
9 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, heat 4 cups milk- DO NOT BOIL. Mix together sugar, flour and eggs and add to milk. Stir until boiling and thick. Pour into 1 1/2 gallon ice cream freezer. Add your choice of fruit and flavoring, one can evaporated milk and finish filling to fill line with milk. Freeze and enjoy.
If making chocolate ice cream---add 2 or 3 tablespoons cocoa to egg mixture and add 2 tablespoons vanilla when pouring into freezer.
