1 crumb crust
1 can Eagle brand milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Soften cream cheese to room temperature; whip till fluffy. Gradually add Eagle Brand milk while continuing to beat till smooth and well blended. Add lemon juice and vanilla extract, blend well. Pour into crust; chill 3 - 4 hours. Put fruit of your choice on top and serve.
GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST --1 cup of crushed graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup melted butter, 3 tablespoons powdered sugar. Press in pie pan or can use bought graham cracker crust.
