1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
2-3 tsp cracked black pepper
8 oz. bleu cheese
1/4 cup butter
1 cup chopped walnuts
2 egg yolks slightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl, combine flour and pepper. Using pastry blender, cut in cheese and butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add walnuts and yolk. Stir until combined. Form into ball and knead until all combined. Divide dough in 1/2. Shape each 1/2 into 9" log. Wrap in plastic - chill for 2 hours. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Cut logs into 1/4" slices and place 1" apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes
