Chicken (for small batch, 4-5 legs, duplicate recipe for more)

liquid ingredients
one egg
1tsp water
1tsp oil
mixed together

dry ingredients
1/2cup cornstarch
1cup flour
1tbsp salt
mixed together

post fry sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
taste to taste, might need more vinegar

oven to 350

Directions:

Coat chicken in oil water mixture, coat with dry mixture (can use plastic bag and shake) and fry till brown and crispy.
transfer to baking tray, coat with sauce, bake at 350 for thirty minutes and turn, bake thirty more.
