1 8 ounce round Brie
1 round loaf of sour dough bread cubed
8 ounces of smoked salmon chopped
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
8 large eggs
4 cups half and half
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Trim off the rind from the Brie cheese and cut into cubes. Layer the bread, Brie, Salmon and Parmesan in a greased 13x9 baking dish.
Whisk together the eggs, half and half and salt and pour this mixture evenly over the salmon mixture.
Cover and chill for 8 hours.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 55 minutes or until casserole is set.

You can serve with Bloody Marys or MiMosa's.
Its a perfect complete meal in a casserole.
