20 oz shredded country-style hash browns, thawed
1 tbsp minced onion
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp McCormick Broiled Steak Seasoning
1 stick margarine
1 (8 oz) pkg sliced or shredded Swiss cheese
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
small (1/2 pint) carton heavy whipping cream (optional)
8 oz sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
Corn Flake crumbs (or use Corn Flakes cereal and crush)
salt and pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix in large bowl all ingredients except 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese and Corn Flake crumbs. Pour ingredients in a 9x13-inch pan (spray with Pam or line with foil for easy cleanup). Top with reserved cheddar cheese and sprinkle Corn Flake crumbs on top of cheese. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes; remove cover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the top is golden brown.
