3/4 cup butter (1 1/2 sticks)
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. grated lemon zest
1 tbsp. lemon juice

ICING:
1/4 cup butter (1/2 stick)
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. grated lemon zest
1 tsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter until light and fluffy. Add powdered sugar, cornstarch, flour, lemon zest and lemon juice; mix until creamy. Divide dough into 2 logs and chill.
Preheat oven to 350°. When dough is firm, slice dough and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool before icing.
ICING:
Cream butter, add powdered sugar, lemon zest and lemon juice and mix until mixture is spreadable.
