1-1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1-1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger
2 whole eggs
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
3 very ripe bananas
3/4 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine the flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, salt, cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger and set aside. Place the eggs, butter, bananas and sugar in a blender. Blend about 30 seconds. Pour blended mixture over dry ingredients. Mix gently, just enough to combine together and remove lumps. Pour into bread loaf pan or muffin tins. Bake 40 to 50 minutes.
