2/3 cup finely crushed tortilla chips
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 cup cottage cheese
3 (8 oz each) pkgs cream cheese, softened
4 eggs
2-1/2 cups (10 oz) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 (4 oz) can chopped green chilies, drained
1 (8 oz) container sour cream
1 (8 oz) container jalapeño-cheddar gourmet dip
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup sliced ripe olives

Preheat oven to 325º. Combine tortilla chips and butter; press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake 15 minutes. Meanwhile, place cottage cheese in blender and process until smooth. In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese and cream cheese, mixing at medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each one. Blend in cheddar cheese and chilies. Pour mixture over baked crust. Return to oven and bake for 60 minutes. Combine sour cream and dip; mix thoroughly. Spread mixture over the hot cheesecake and return to the oven and continue baking for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Loosen cake from the ring of the pan; cool completely before removing the rim. Refrigerate cheesecake until ready to serve. Top with tomatoes, green onions and olives before serving. Makes 10 to 2 servings.
