6 hard-boiled eggs
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp dry mustard
3 tbsp Miracle Whip (no mayo!)

Directions:
Cut peeled eggs lengthwise into halves. Remove yolks and mash with fork. Mix in salt, pepper, mustard and Miracle Whip. Fill whites with yolk mixture, heaping it lightly. Arrange eggs on a large serving platter. Cover and refrigerate no longer than 24 hours. Makes 6 servings.
