2 (8 oz) cans water-packed artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
pinch of garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix all ingredients until well blended. Spread in a quiche pan, casserole or glass pie plate. Bake until hot and bubbly, about 30 minutes. Serve immediately with crackers or bread.
