1 cup milk or half and half
3 large eggs
1 tbsp cinnamon
8 slices day old bread
4 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
In medium-size mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs and cinnamon. Melt butter in non-stick frying pan. Pour egg mixture into a shallow dish and dip bread into egg mixture one slice at a time, allow to soak about 30 seconds on each side. Place bread into the pan and cook until golden brown, approximately 2 to 3 minutes. Serve immediately with maple syrup, whipped cream or fruit.
