1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. plus 2 tsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
2 cups cubed or sliced cooked beets
2/3 cup liquid (beet juice and water)
1/4 cup vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cornstarch, sugar and salt. Blend beet liquid and vinegar into cornstarch mixture. Bring to a boil" boil 1 minute or until clear. Add beets and heat. Tastes better if allowed to stand awhile in the sauce and then reheat.
