1 1 1/2 lb. butternut squash
2 pears
1 onion chopped
1 can chicken broth
1 can canned milk
thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in 3 qt. kettle. Add peeled and cubed squash, peeled and cubed pears, chicken broth and fresh or dried thyme. Simmer until tender, Put in blender or food processor until smooth, return to kettle and add canned milk. Serve plain or with a dollop of sour cream.
