1 small can of tomato paste
1 can of condensed tomato soup
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 cup of instant white rice
1-2 cups of shredded cheese
1 lb of browned ground beef or Italian sausage
4 Green Peppers (can really be any color for variety)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine meat, tomato paste, diced tomatoes, rice, 1 cup of shredded cheese and ½ of soup in a large saucepan, cook for 10-15 minutes.

Slice tops of peppers and clean out inside.

Stuff peppers with mixture and place in pan. Pour remaining soup and cheese over the top. Cover pan and cook for 10-15 mins on medium heat (may need to add water to prevent burning and allow some steam cooking for the peppers).
