3 cups Golden Grahams
3 cups Cheerios or Honey Nut Cheerios
3 cups White, Rice or Multi Mix Chex
2 cups Nabisco thin pretzels (if pieces are large - break them into small pieces)
1 cup lightly salted cocktail peanuts
3 lbs. white chocolate (I use Nestle white chocolate morsels)

Directions:
Put all dry ingredients in large bowls and toss so it is mixed up well. You may want to press the peanuts slightly so they separate and make peanut halves, it will help to make more peanuts in each bite.

Bake white chocolate in oven at 200º. Keep checking and stirring. Be patient! After the chocolate is melted, drizzle about 1/2 of it on the cereal mixture and toss lightly also spreading the chocolate just a bit to assure good coverage. Then add the second part of the chocolate and repeat the tossing.
Put two large sheets of waxed paper on the counter top. Start to dollop the mixture on top of waxed paper. This is where it will cool. As it's cooling, you can break up the mixture to bite size pieces. Let cool completely, then serve.
