2 1/4 cups confectioners' sugar
2 pounds whole milk ricotta cheese
1 large Hershey bar (cut in pieces)
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Pound cake
Heavy whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
-Grease medium size bowl with butter - sprinkle in sugar
-Cut up pound cake in slices, mold in bowl overnight
-Beat the ricotta cheese well and add the confectioner's sugar. Add the vanilla and grate the chocolate in using the coarse side of a grater. Chill until ready to use.
-Fill pound cake bowl and put back in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
-Invert on plate
-Whip the whipping cream according to directions (I add a little sugar and vanilla)
-Spread on pound cake
-Garnish with cherries and nuts
