1 C. of Butter or Margarine (melted)
2 C. of Brown Sugar
2 Large Eggs
1 tsp. of Vanilla (or two lid-fulls)
1/2 tsp. of Salt (or pinch and sprinkle)
1/2 tsp. of Baking Powder
2 1/2 C. of Flour (enough so dough is solid)
1 C. of Chocolate Chips (half a bag)

Preheat oven to 350F. Melt butter then add to sugar. Mix with spatula until sugar has melted. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Stir in salt, baking powder and one cup of flour. Add chocolate chips. Mix in remaining flour until dough is firm. Use small spoon to scoop dough onto cookie sheet.
Cook for 12 - 15 minutes (or until dough bounces back
