1 Cup Butter @ room temperature
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
2 Eggs
2 3/4 Cups Flour
2 Tsp. Cream of tartar
1 Tsp. Baking Soda
1/4 Tsp. Salt
2 Tbsp. Sugar
2 Tsp. Cinnamon

Directions:
Heat oven to 400o. Mix butter, 1 1/2 cups sugar and eggs thoroughly. Sift together cream of tartar, salt and baking soda. Add to creamed mixture and mix well. Roll ball in mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.

Bake 8-10 minutes
