2 Cups butter
2 Cups Sugar
2 Cups Brown Sugar
4 Eggs
2 Tsp. Vanilla
4 Cups Flour
5 Cups Oatmeal (after measuring, turn oatmeal into a powder by using a food processor or blender)
1 Tsp. Salt
2 Tsp. Baking Soda
2 Tsp. Baking Powder
24 Ozs. Bag Chocolate Chips
1 - 8 oz. Hershey Bar (finely grated)
3 Cups Chopped Nuts (any kind)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar and brown sugar; add eggs and vanilla. Mix together remaining ingredients. Add 24 oz. bag of chocolate chips, 1-8oz Hershey bar (finely grated) and 3 Cups of chopped nuts.

Bake on ungreased cookie sheet. Make golf ball size cookies, 2" apart. Bake @ 375o for 6 minutes.
