1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream style corn
1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 egg
1 c. sour cream
¼ c. butter chunked
½ small onion, minced, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together & bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. (Spray casserole dish with Pam). If you use 9 X 13” pan, reduce baking time by approximately 30 minutes.
