1/2 Cup Butter or Margarine
1/3 Cup Sugar
1 Egg
1 1/2 Tsp. Vanilla
1 1/2 Cups Flour
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa (verify quantity)
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp. Baking Soda
White chocolate
Almonds
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar; add remaining ingredients - mix.

Make small balls - press thumb.

Bake 350o - 10-15 Minutes

Melt white chocolate for icing - put almond in middle.
