4 Tbsp. Flour
2 Lbs. pot cheese
1/2 Cup sour cream
1/2 Cup heavy cream
1 1/2 Cup Sugar
6 Eggs
1 Tsp. Vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Strain pot cheese, add sugar, sour cream, heavy cream, vanilla and flour.

Bake @ 400o for 50 minutes
Shut off oven - Leave in oven until it browns
