3 - 3 1/2 lbs. Round Steak (1 inch thick)
1 Onion
1 jar Green Olive with Pimentos
1 large can Tomatoes
Mushrooms and/or Celery if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak into serving pieces. Dredge in flour. Season with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Brown in oil. Mix all ingredients together. Add to steak. Cook in a 350º oven for about 3 hours or until tender.
