3 or 4 Bell Peppers
1/3 c. Sugar
1 lb. Hamburger
Salt, Pepper & Garlic Salt to taste (1 tsp. each)
2 slices Bread
1 can Tomato & Rice Soup

Directions:
Directions:
Cut tops of bell peppers and remove all seeds. Place in boiling water with sugar. Boil for 10 minutes. Drain completely.

Wet bread in water and thoroughly squeeze out all excess liquid. Mix hamburger, seasoning, bread and 1/2 can of soup. Mix well, making sure to integrate bread into meat. Fill each bell pepper with meat mix and bake at 350º for 1 hour. 10 minutes before done, top each bell pepper with the remaining soup.
