2 1/2 tbsp. Butter
12 oz. Reese's Peanut Butter Chips
1 can Eagle brand condensed milk
1 10 oz. pkg. Miniature Marshmallows
24 oz. Dry Roasted Peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Melt ingredients together. Stir. Pour 1/2 jar peanuts into a 13x9x2 pan. Pour the melted mixture over the nuts. Pour the last 1/2 jar of peanuts on top. Press peanuts down a little so when you cut the bars they don't fall off. (You can freeze them for 15 minutes or so before cutting.) Cut and wrap in waxed paper.
