2 - 3 lb. Ground Beef
2 Medium Chopped Onions
1 Cup Diced Celery
2 - 3 Cups Shredded Cabbage
2 Cups Fresh Bean Sprouts
1/2 Cup Minute Rice
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Can Water Chestnuts (drained)
1 Can Sliced Mushrooms (drained)
1/4 Cup Soya Sauce
1 1/2 Cups Water
Chow Mein Noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Begin to brown ground beef. Add in chopped onion, celery and minute rice. Mix and cook until meat is cooked through. Transfer to a casserole dish and add in layers:
Mushroom Soup
Cream of Chicken Soup
Bean Sprouts
Water Chestnuts
Mushrooms
Shredded Cabbage

Mix together the Soya sauce and water, pour over all ingredients, sprinkle chow mein noodles over top and cover.

Bake at 350º for 1 - 1 1/2 hours
