3 scallions
2 garlic cloves - minced
1 Tbsp butter (or favorite oil)
1 lb of lump crabmeat (canned or fresh)
chopped parsley
salt and pepper ( to taste
Filo Dough (8 sheets)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute scallions and garlic in butter (or oil) over low heat until soft. Remove from heat. Combine crabmeat, chopped parsley, salt and pepper. Mix in with the scallions and garlic. Set aside. Lay out Filo Dough - 4 sheets per roll (strudels). Spread mix down long side of dough. Fold over. Partially slice strudel's. Bake at 400º for 20 minutes.
