10 slices Pepperidge Farm White Bread
8 oz. cream cheese
2 egg yolks beaten
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp freeze dried chives
1-4 oz. can mushrooms (pieces and stems) drained

Directions:
Directions:
Toast white bread on one side. Combine all ingredients and beat until blended. Spread on untoasted side of bread, mounding on top. Cut into quarters. Brown under broiler. Freezes well.
