4 Cups Flour
1 Tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Tsp. Nutmeg
1 Cup Butter or Margarine
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
1 Egg
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1 Tsp. Vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour with baking powder, baking soda, salt & nutmeg; set aside.
In large bowl with electric mixer, mix butter, sugar, and egg until fluffy.
Beat in sour cream & vanilla. Add flour mixture beating well.
Form dough into a ball. Wrap in foil and refrigerate several hours. Cut with cookie cutters, place on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake 10-12 minutes
