1 can shoe peg corn
1 can French green beans
1 can cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c chopped onion
1/2 c cheddar cheese
1/2 c sour cream
1/2 c slivered almonds
1 stick of Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick of butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Drain corn and green beans. In a mixing bowl combine the following: corn, green beans, cream of celery/cream of mushroom soup, onion, cheese, sour cream and almonds. Stir and spread evenly into a greased casserole dish. Top with crushed crackers. Pour melted butter over crackers. Cook at 350 degrees for approximately 30 min or until golden brown.
