2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Lettuce (romaine or iceberg)
2 stalks of celery, cut into bite size pieces
small can of mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 c. glazed walnuts
2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
Toasted flatbread, cut in strips
Raspberry or sweet flavored dressing

Directions:

Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and kicken chicken. Bake in 350 degree oven until done. Cool and cut into bite size pieces. Place strips of toasted flatbread on a plate and add lettuce, celery, oranges, walnuts and sesame seeds. Top with chicken and dressing.
