1 1/2 c butter
3 c sugar
3 c flour
5 eggs
2 TB lemon ext
3/4 c 7-Up
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º, grease and flour bundt pan.
Cream sugar and shortening until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Add flour. Beat well. Add lemon extract and 7-Up. Pour batter into bundt pan. Bake for 1 1/4 hour. Let cool in pan. Turn out and dust with powdered sugar.
