24 Wonton wrappers
1 1/2 cup finely chopped chicken (about 2 good sized breasts)
1 cup Ranch dressing (8 oz. bottle)
2 cups shredded co-jack cheese
4 tsp chili powder
2 tsp paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Mix chicken, ranch dressing, chili powder and paprika in small bowl. Spray regular muffin pan with Pam. Place one wonton in each muffin opening and bake at 350º for 5 minutes. Spoon chicken mixture into wontons and top with cheese. Bake again for 10 minutes. Serve immediately. Can be frozen-just don't bake the last time. Make sure to thaw before baking.
