2 lbs. cranberries
3 cups sugar

Wash 2 lbs. cranberries and put in pan. Boil until mush. Use Foley Food Mill. Wash out pan cooked in and put back in over low fire til bubble up. Turn off. Put 3 cups sugar. Stir until smooth. Mold - put wet no-greased paper in mold.

This was a hand-written recipe from Great Nana Lane. The original writing was faded, but the recipe was recopied as she had written. Make adjustments as you may think.
