4 cups peeled/chopped fresh peaches
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1-1/75 oz. pkg. powdered fruit pectin
1 tsp grated lime rind
2 rosemary sprigs
5 cups sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Bring first 5 ingredients to a full rolling boil. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add sugar to peach mixture and bring to a full rolling boil; boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Remove and discard rosemary sprigs; skim off any foam. Pour into hot sterilized jars, filling to 1/4 inch from top. Wipe jar rims and seal immediately. Invert jars for 5 minutes, then turn upright.
