8 (3-oz) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
8 cups water
1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
Vegetable cooking spray
1/4 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1/4 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of potato soup
1/2 cup skim milk
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine chicken and water in large saucepan; cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes or until chicken is done; drain well. Chop chicken.
Place broccoli in a 2-quart baking dish coated with cooking spray; top with chicken.
Combine soups, milk, and lemon juice, stirring to blend; pour over chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
