2/3 c. sliced carrot
1/2 c. diced onion
2 minced garlic cloves
3 c. far-free broth (beef, chicken or vegie)
1-1/2 c. diced green cabbage
1/2 c. green beans
1 T. tomato paste
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. diced zucchini

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a large saucepan with non-stick cooking spray, heat. Saute carrot, onion an garlic over low heat until softened, @ 5 minutes. Add broth, cabbage, beans, tomato paste, basil, oregano and salt; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, covered about 15 minutes or until beans are tender. Stir in the zucchini and heat for 3-4 minutes. Serve hot.
