1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2tsp. sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tbs. cold milk

Directions:
Directions:
Put dry ingredients in pie pan. Combine oil and milk. Whip with a fork until creamy. Pour all at once over dry ingredients. Mix with a fork until flour is completely dampened. Press into lining of pan. For baked shell bake12 to 15 minutes at 450 degrees. Cool and fill. For unbaked shell press into pie pan and fill. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes then reduce to 350 degrees and bake the length of time needed. Some of the flour mixture can be saved back to sprinkle on top of the pie filling.
