3 cups cubed french bread
3 cups cubed ham
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup sliced black olives (I like the 4oz can of chopped)
1/2 cup diced onion
3 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp dry mustard
4 eggs
3 cups milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9x13 pan. In a large mixing bowl stir together the bread, ham, cheese, mushrooms, olives & onion. In a separate bowl, mix flour and dry mustard. Layer bread mixture with flour mixture. Beat eggs until light add milk, salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture over bread layers, dot with butter. Cover baking dish tightly and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350º for 1 hour (Uncovered)
