2 lbs. Ore Ida Hash Browns, thawed
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Topping:
2 c. crushed corn flakes with 1/4 c. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine all ingredients (except cornflake/butter mixture) and spread into buttered 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with cornflake/butter mixture and bake for 1 hour.
