Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 avocado
1 T. lime juice
Pinch garlic salt
2 T.onion, finely diced
1/2 C. salsa, or 1 roma tomato, diced
A little tabasco or minced jalapeņo to taste

Directions:
Directions:
To select a ripe avocado, pick one that "gives" just a little when gently squeezed. Halve avocado, carefully scoop out pit with a spoon, then use your spoon to scoop out meat, then discard shell. Dice avocado meat, add remaining ingredients. Mix, chill & serve.
I like to freeze this in a vacuum seal bag. Remove meat from shell, put halves in freezer bag, add the rest of the ingredients, seal and freeze. Let it thaw in the fridge, squeeze bag gently to mix contents, scoop into bowl. serve as a dip for tortilla chips or quesedilla wedges.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Every bit as good frozen as fresh! Much tastier than any of the store bought guacamole we tried. Keeps well in the freezer bags and doesn't turn brown.
