1 ( 2-lb ) bag of hash browns
1 ( 8 oz. ) pkg. sour cream
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 ( 8 0z. ) pkg. grated white sharp cheese
1 med. size onion- chopped
salt and pepper to taste
potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix potatoes, sour cream, soup, and chopped onion. Salt and pepper to taste. Crush potato chips and sprinkle on top. Bake at 375º for 1 hour.
