4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. oil
15 oz. pumpkin can

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp.salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. powdered cloves
3/4 c. pecans or walnuts (chopped)

FROSTING:
4 oz. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
2 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Crack eggs in large bowl and mix well with fork. Once eggs are well mixed add sugar, oil and pumpkin and mix with whisk.

In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients and mix with a spoon. Once dry ingredients are well mixed, combine them with wet mixture and mix. Mix in nuts at the end.

Cook at 350 for 50-60 minutes. Makes 2 loaves.

FROSTING:
Beat all ingredients together until well mixed. Spread on bread as desired.
