Directions:
For the best results use a LARGE stock pot. I use a turkey fryer - with a propane burner for outside use. Fill the pot about 2/3 full of water, and put in on the flame. Add onions, peppercorns, lemons, bay leaves, and about 1/3 of the Slap Ya Mamma seasoning mix. Bring to a boil and add potatoes. Cook about 10 minutes then add sausage. Add crab legs and corn. Cook about 5 minutes then add shrimp. Turn flame off. Carefully remove all the goodies and sprinkle with more of the Slap Ya Mamma seasoning (careful, it is SPICY). Turn all the cooked items onto a table covered with butcher paper. Serve with melted butter, cocktail sauce and LOTS of napkins!
