2 Sticks butter softened
1 Cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 Cup granulated sugar
2 Eggs
1 Tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 Cup all purpose flour
1 Tsp. baking soda
1 Tsp. cinnamon
1/2 Tsp. salt
3 Cup quick 1-min oats
1 Cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 Cup dried sweetened cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Beat butter and sugars until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla and beat well. Add flour, soda, cinnamon, and salt; mix well. Stir in oats, chips and cranberries; mix well. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 10 min or until golden brown. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet and then move to wire rack to cool. Makes approx 4 dozen.
