1/2 Stick Butter
1 Lg. Can Crushed Tomatoes
1 Shot Glass of Vodka
1 tsp. Salt, Pepper & Parsley Flakes
1/2 Pint of Heavy Cream
1 lb Pasta - any Kind
Optional - Can of Mushrooms/Peas

Directions:

Brown Onion and Butter in Sauce Pan
Add the Tomatoes, Vodka and Spices
Cook for 45 Minutes, Add Heavy Cream
Cook for another 45 Minutes (Last 15 Min.)
Add your Optional Items..
Boil Pasta, Add with Sauce and Enjoy!
If too thick, Add a little Water..
